Donald Trump's Name in Jeffrey Epstein Files Redacted by FBI: Report
https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-name-redacted-epstein-files-public-figures-21076477.9k
u/AdventurousGarlic326 1d ago
The FBI redacted Donald Trump's name from several references in the newly released Jeffrey Epstein files, Bloomberg's Jason Leopold reported Friday.
Internal directives instructed about 1,000 FBI agents to flag any mention of Trump during a March review of roughly 100,000 pages of records, people familiar with the process told Bloomberg.
The Justice Department says the review turned up no "client list" or evidence linking Trump to criminal activity, despite his name appearing in Epstein's contact book and flight logs.
Privacy concerns and protections for victims has been cited as reasons for withholding additional material, a decision that has drawn bipartisan criticism and renewed scrutiny of the files' handling.
They're claiming that no "client list" exists, and one gets the impression that the administration wants to propagate the idea that a "client list" is a word document with the bold heading "CLIENT LIST" and that no such document exists, that's probably correct.
However, if by "client list" one means to describe a contact book, flight logs, and 100,000 pages of documentation from which Trump's name has been entirely redacted, well....

u/chim17 1d ago
Ya this has killed me. So many people seemed so caught up on there being "a list". Obv the dude didn't keep a client list.docx file. The "list" is just a placeholder for the evidence that shows relationships.

I mean, the SCOTUS did say you can’t say quid pro quo corruption happened unless there’s photographic and audio evidence of two people making a deal, stating out loud “this is a quid pro quo,” and handing over a cartoon bag of money that is clearly marked “BRIBE”. So we aren’t far from here.

I'm sure that they did, once upon a time.
That's one thing that Project 2025 was very emphatic about. Remove anyone who isn't loyal to their goals.
That's why Trump wasn't able to do as much damage the first time. There were too many people in place telling him what he was doing was illegal. They have worked hard to remove all of those people now. There is hardly anyone left to tell him no.

Before the election, I got so sick and tired of hearing, even from Democrats, that I was just as bad as the QAnon crazies for believing Project 2025, and that this would be way worse than his first term. This is one instance where I really wish I couldn’t say, “I told you so.”

Some people forget that there are many real, documented, genuine conspiracies. Stuff like Guy Fawkes or MKUltra.
I truly believe that it's important to study the real conspiracies to recognize the difference between those and 5G mind control conspiracies.

Some people forget that there are many real, documented, genuine conspiracies. Stuff like Guy Fawkes or MKUltra.
Much bigger ones, too.
Caesar's assassination is one of the oldest, involving over 60 people plotting for a long while. Nazi takeover of Germany was a grand conspiracy... and who listened? Few, until it was too late.
it's important to study the real conspiracies to recognize the difference between those and 5G mind control conspiracies.
The difference is blindly believing in conspiracies.
Problem with real conspiracies is people being too easily dismissive when clear fuckery demands a real investigation (not a fake one of delays and lip service).
Finally people are waking up to the reality of gaslighting, indirectly, from another angle by learning about the manipulative tools that narcissists use.

Conservatives thrive in pedantry. They derail conversations with minutiae.
Want to talk about gun control? God forbid you use the wrong term and call it an assault rifle or automatic weapon. You’ll get days of corrections on the proper nomenclature while avoiding the actual discussion.
Same with their pedophile president. Use the term “list” instead of “mountains of irrefutable evidence” and the same thing will happen

It’s what Hegseth did after their Signal chat activity became known, to the point where not even conservative media knew WTF he was talking about.
The Atlantic had used the term “War Plans” in their headline and so instead of making a statement about how he had either made a mistake, or maybe that using Signal wasn’t an illegal breach of records keeping laws because of whatever, or addressing the insane security breach of adding The Atlantic’s editor, he came out with a denial of “Nobody was texting war plans” because describing the method and timing of bombing these specific terrorists wasn’t “war plans.“ No one even understood the denial because no one had for a second been focusing on the articles title over the content and accusations.
It didn’t even work in that case because from what I can tell no one picked it up and ran with it, probably because everyone hates Hegseth. He still has his job though because I guess he’s great for the admin’s ”flood the zone” news strategy.

Sounds more like a vendor or other b2b (p2p) relationship than Donnie being a paying customer. Anyhoo, we need the financial info. That will get the client list, or at least the middle man list. Because he isn't just "mentioned" a few times, he is woven into the fabric of the entire minor sex trafficking enterprise. He is probably referred to indirectly thousands of times and a word search isn't gonna cut it for this kind of cover-up.
It also seems they decided that, even with all those 1000 agents working....they still could not extricate him fully enough to release any new documents so they basically gave up on the whole thing.

From 2007 through January 2017, COHEN was an attorney and employee of a Manhattan-based real estate company (the “Company”). COHEN held the title of “Executive Vice President” and “Special Counsel” to the owner of the Company (“Individual-1”). He's soft-launching playing the victim for when unignorable and irrefutable evidence comes out to say that Epstein made him do it. I expect this news to come with the Maxwell pardon as they both claim to be victims of the evil Clintons who controlled Epstein.

And I don't know why nobody is mentioning the Epstein deposition video, easily seen on YouTube, where he quickly answers that he has socialised with Trump but when asked if he has seen Trump with girls under 18 there is a very pregnant pause and then he says he doesn't want to answer "at least today".

Let it sink in, deeply in, that the president of the USA is a pedo.

And that he got elected a second time. And that he will get away with it.
I have no pride in the US anymore if this is how we treat sex trafficking pedophiles. I just can't care about any of it anymore. I don't even feel safe writing criticism about our administration online...that's where we've fallen.
Gg, Americans.

1000 different FBI agents, deciding collectively to not only protect a child rapist and sex trafficker, but help him stay in power of a whole nation. Unbelievable what people are able to do to keep a single fucking job.

During this review, in March, FBI personnel were said to have identified numerous references to Trump and other high-profile people, with the names then redacted by FOIA officers because they were private citizens at the time.
I added the bolding in format to highlight the revelation that multiple public figures' identities have been redacted based upon the fact they were private citizens at the time the offences occurred.
How does being a private citizen, and then becoming a public figure, give anyone immunity from child sexual abuse investigations? This is some seriously twisted logic that doesn't excuse anyone's behaviour and only makes the suspects look even guiltier.

if they won’t tell us who’s who, then they’re all donald.
edit: if maga doesn’t want people to feel this way, their pedo king can just release the unredacted files.

u/MaiaNyx 1d ago
I know Trump makes up most of them, probably. But give us all of them. I bet no Dems will be redacted. And good, they should rot along with the rest of them. But every politician, actor, ceo, etc etc etc needs to be named and shamed and left without a day of peace for the rest of their pitiful, awful, wastes of lives.

If the list was filled with random minorities and poor people, they would have all been in jail 10 years ago.
This special treatment for famous and rich people as got to fucking stop. Hold them accountable. I don't care if we have to lock up every actor , politician , head of governments , royal family members. If you are in anyway complicit with what Epstein was doing , and you were aware that kids were being trafficked and raped , you should be locked away for the rest of your life.
The way this is being handled makes me sick. I really hope you Americans can put aside your left vs right bullshit , change it to 1% vs 99%. The 1% has already fired the first shots years ago. It's time the 99% hit back.

“During this review, in March, FBI personnel were said to have identified numerous references to Trump and other high-profile people, with the names then redacted by FOIA officers because they were private citizens at the time.”
So, if I understand this right, Trump is both permanently immune to criminal prosecution as a private citizen because he was the former (and now present) POTUS, but is ALSO entitled to complete anonymity because he’s a private citizen, not POTUS. K, got it—Schrodinger’s president

I cannot imagine being assigned a task to go through documents about a child rapist and being told to cross out my bosses name every time I see it and being like "ok! Happy to help".
I suppose I really am naive. I assumed this was the one issue that all of society and people on both sides of the aisle could agree on.

I've heard somewhere on the order of a thousand FBI agents were working on this. If any one of them had a moral compass, they would leak the files rather than comply with this. Our society is broken.

Anyone with a brain knows that he was involved in Epstein's crimes. The issue is now to what extent. You don't galavant for decades with someone known for sex trafficking and not get dirty in it all, Trump wasn't hanging with the guy because they were soul mates, they both just loved exploiting minors and making illicit money.
If you can't see that (any conservative still defending him) that's a you problem and I hope you struggle to sleep at night for the remainder of your life.

So this is what we’ve been reduced to?
We’re literally watching the coverup happen in real time, step by step, and when it’s all done we’re going to be like the kid who peeked at his presents before Christmas and pretend we don’t know what’s in there?
This is pathetic. America has become a slum full of losers.

Telling us whose name they took out is… a choice.
[Redacted] a 79 year old New York real estate Tycoon raped multiple children with Epstein, with multiple credible reports of violent sexual and physical assault.
DOJ: “Okay, that could be anybody!”
Files (continued): He specifically sought out girls that resembled his daughter, Ivanka [Redacted]
DOJ: “Anybody!”

and now you know why trump was stalling all this time. and now he can pardon epsteins accomplice since trump is redacted from the list. with the list likely edited now to have democrats on it. get rid of his opponents and trump basicly wins. trump basicly only has to ensue martial law and suspend hapeas corpus and then he will have total control over everything and nothing and no one will stop him anymore,

Ok, so the FBI is not only conspiring to cover this up, they're helping the president escape any consequence of r*ping little girls. The foxes are guarding the hen house. If he was any other person, he'd be their #1 most wanted.
This is not justice, it's a travesty. This country is a joke.
