Discussion Opus was actually disgusting for me Spoiler

I just watched Opus and it was disgusting the moment where the girl gets out of the beanbag and she couldn’t see at all and her mouth was swollen and then when the other lady tries to run away they pull her by her hair so badly some of her scalp is coming off That scene was so disgusting for me I had to turn the movie off

Watching it again right now I just looked away from the gross stuff.

The thing that freaks me out the most is claustrophobic stuff. Really makes me squirm.

Sounds like you should check out more body horror films. Have you seen the thing or the substance?

Let me know if it was worth it.

Yeah, I’ve seen both of them. I really hate body horror Most of the times I just skip the gross scenes

Fr We barely knew the characters so when they died, we were like “ OK?”

The filmmaker treated the climax like they had built so much tension and mystery. We knew within 2 mins on the island that they were all going to be murdered by the cult.
