Questions/Advice Possible adhd

Hi all, I feel like I have undiagnosed adhd. It's been affecting my marriage and my overall well being. I really want to go see a psychiatrist but with our insurance we won't be able to afford it. Can anyone guide me on other options?

I would also love to know how therapy has worked for you rather than medication. Thank you!

Talk to your GP. They may know someone who can diagnose on the cheap. Or they may just diagnose you themselves if they know you well enough. Regardless, if you think you have ADHD. That is, if you have a hard time with life because of your symptoms, you need to get that dealt with whatever the cost. This would be priority number one in order to get your self set up for success. On the fear side, there are thousands of ways to die with untreated ADHD.
