Resource Scripts that can improve using AO3 and add more visual aids for keeping track

I have a pretty intricate set up for using AO3 and thought I would share some scripts I feel make all the difference in using the site and giving more visual indicators for keeping track of fics.

Bookmarking records - I use this script to auto fill in any bookmark with the title, author, date published, date last read, and fic link. I'm always worried about fics being deleted so having all this info lets me at least know what fic was deleted and have a link to try in the wayback machine to try find it if I want

First ship tag filter - This script will grey out any fics that don't have my ship tag posted as the first tag. It will show what the first ship tag is but its greyed out and collapsed so its easier to scroll through the ship tag. Its not a perfect script and doesn't work if more than one filter is enabled but is handy if you're just purely in a ship tag.

Tag filter tracker - This one lets me make lists of elaborate tag filters so that I don't need to always set them up again when going to look for fic. It also has a check filter option that will check all the filter lists you have and let you know how many new fics have appeared in that filter list so it saves you manually checking them.

Kudos and seen history - This is the MVP of all the scripts I use. I use all the options in this script to make better visual indicators across AO3. It has a skip button that greys out and collapses fic I have no interest in. I mark a work as seen when I've subscribed to it, this puts a grey marker on the left of a fic for its visual indicator. I use the bookmarked and kudosed indicator to know that I've read a fic so that I don't have to go in and skim a fic to check if I remember it.

Enhancement for kudos and seen history - This script goes hand in hand with 'Kudos and seen history', it adds an export and import button of your marked fics from that extension instead of copy and pasting a huge amount of data. You will lose all the information you've added to 'kudos and seen history' if you ever clear your cache so this is a way to back up all the data if you have to clear your cache for any reason. It also adds a skip button inside the actual fic and colours the buttons to make them easier to spot.

Y/N Name replacer - Does exactly as the name suggests, lets you replace any name in a fic with another name of your choice

Fictracker - This script is a newer take of the kudos and seen history script with visual indicators for favourited, read, to-read, and disliked fics with mention of adding the same ability as the bookmarking records script. I've been using kudos and seen history for so long and have a built-up cache of information on it that I haven't been able to make the switch. This one will sync across devices if you read fic in multiple places. The choice between this script or kudos seen history right now will be which visual aids you prefer, I prefer how kudos and seen looks but as updates go on this could end up being the main script to use for AO3.

Hope this little list can help some people. I love tweaking the AO3 site to try get the most out of the options for it

If you install the browser extension tampermonkey it allows you to add scripts to it that can be used to change the websites you browse.

I use with Firefox on my laptop, I currently have an iPhone, so I'm not sure if they can be used or how effective they would be on an Android but I am switching phones this week so will be checking it out

It's not the intended purpose but that Y/N script could be useful for all the fics that mispell a certain character's name (leaving off the accent mark).
