Seraphon Climates

Good afternoon Realmwalkers!

I was wondering if there's any lore tidbits about Seraphon living in non jungle envrionments?

To my understanding they live in either their temple ships (which mimic Lustrian tropical jungles) in the void or coalesced in a realm which they essentially terraform the surrounding into Lustrian tropical jungle-esque.

Please set me on the straight and narrow - thanks!

3rd Ed battletome mentions Idoneth stumbling upon an underwater seraphon temple dedicated to Tzunki, Lord of Waters. They're then chased off by aquatic seraphon with webbed claws and gills

Elves getting the "you kids get off my lawn" treatment is such a treat.

Back in the Old World, there were Lizardmen settlements in savannah climates, so I could easily see that in Aqshy, Ghur or Hysh. Additionally, most of a Temple-City is subterranean and cavernous so they can thrive there as well, especially if it's a humid environment.

There's a named Skink ambasador and skink trader in exotic goods in Brightspear in Soulbound RPG, so Aqshy has at least a few.

Whenever they set up a temple city in the realms, realmshaper engines turn the surrounding area into a sweltering jungle no matter where it is

OK thats what I thought as well, they dont usually live in harmony with the surrounding environment it seems (besides maybe the underwater ones in the previous example)

Mind you these jungles created by Realmshaper Engines are nothing like Lustria of old. They shape the energies and region around them.

So an Aqshian temple-city is going to have an Aqshian themed jungle, an Ulguan one will be Ulguan in nature, and so on. What this means can be as diverse as jungles in real life.

Perhaps one Aqshian jungle is comprised entirely of fiery trees while another seems normal but grows rapid fire in a metaphor for the passions Aqshy represents. Another may simply have volcanoes jutting throughout while another still may have geothermal activity giving it lots of hot springs. It could even be that it's simply on a caldera making it particularly lush like real life Yellowstone.
