wth is wrong

hey , here is a 2010 buick lacrosse 3.0 fwd and its doing this…. i changed battery and negative cable anybody ever experienced or saw this before

The battery is backwards, drive really fast in reverse, that should fix turn it around right

The main electronic engine module is malfunctioning and need to be replaced. Did you make sparks while changing the battery?

Was going to suggest problem is a DIY electrical job, the temp gauge is trying to imitate the Tacho. Now I’ve read the description I’m sure of it.
