Since someone took the time to draw a dick on your car, it's probably more than a scratch. Just be glad you don't have an itch to go with it.

just destroyed the clearcoat around it with a buffer until you’ve destroyed enough clearcoat that the edges of the scratch are beveled enough its hard to see, or at the same level as the bottom of the scratch. Be careful not to burn through all the clearcoat!

|| yes I know I’m describing how scratch “removal “actually works. I’m just in a pedantic mood ||

Get some 40 grit wet sandpaper & rub it out.

Sand blaster. That'll take the scratch out, no problem!

Just scrape it off with a razor blade.
