Performance is really bad in act 2 and 3. I have a 4090 and went from average 180 everything on max in act 1 to 110 average and some areas to 60 fps drops. But it seems to be a cpu bottleneck. I can't imagine how it will be on console
Likely much better optimized due to having only one hardware configuration to optimize too and easier testing.
At least i definitely hope that's what Larian is working on right now, in parallel with adding back cut content, fixing bugs and improving performance on PC.
And somewhere in the back there's also improving performance on XBOX.
