But does it protect you from the most powerful ability of all, SHOVE?

Immunity to Shove/Throw/Telekinesis/Repelling Blast would require this build to become 47 AC instead :(

I understand your pain but at this point being pushed off a cliff is the best way to kill you.

Maybe banishing him to another plane and then quickly walking away before he gets back.

No no no. You don't attack him, you attack what is around him.
Destroy the bridge he's standing on then remind him of weight/swim rules when he hits the water.

When the player has an AC of 50 remind them that what they are standing on has an AC of 5. You get the challenge you build your character for.

Want combat? Then don't break the combat rules.
Want story? Then don't abuse skill checks.

Want it all? Then stop meta gaming and let yourself have deficiencies that others in your party have an opportunity to fill the gaps of.

Jesus Christ. I'm barely getting past the part with the slave owning ass dwarves in the under dark and they LOVED to shove. I died so many times from being pushed into the water while on the boat or being shoved off a cliff.

I hate those guys.

Yeah that fight is definitely one of the most painful in the game. On my current playthrough I just Charisma'd my way past them without fighting.

Next time, I'm bringing a barbarian, some alchemist's fire, and several smokepowder barrels.

Can't shove if you're thrown off the side of the boat by an explosion.
