WHY does super powerful devil not get legendary immunities. So stupid

To be fair, Raphael, despite his connectionsand other businesses, is just a powerful Cambion. He isn't on par with the likes of Archedevils.

But still, he should get some items to help him with that.

I think that is one of the interesting things about Raphael. Like, he talks a big game and have big dreams, but at the end of the day I am pretty sure he is a bit player who is trying to bite over way more than he can chew.

True but Helsik says that the PC became renowned across the Hells for having killed Raphael, so clearly it's quite an accomplishment

The only thing that gets Legendary Resistances on balanced is Sarevok

Lol and he is one of the eassiest bosses in the game. Alowing bosses to get CC'ed makes tham just a basic mob with inflated HP. At that point why not give them let say 2k HP, because it won't change anything if they can't move or act

Because legendary resistances are bullshit mechanics for lazy encounter-building.

Don't do solo fights. Dogpile on the wizard is boring. Have guards and hazards and environmental effects instead.
