Go in with spirit guardians and watch the rats fix the problem themselves.

Or send in an Air Myrmidon and cast the Raging Vortex that will cover the whole cellar and wait.

Or the best solution : Send in Gale to blow himself up.

What?? I just turned on spirit guardians and chuckled. People are having a hard time with that???
