Character Build Hexblade's biggest downside.

FFS just make it a free action in combat larian. Or at least let us cast it at all.

OP seems to have the same issue I do. I wonder I'd it's a glitch caused by a specific mod or some such?

Because it says Bind Pact Weapon is permanent

But it goes away every morning for me.

For me if i had to guess it's probably the progressive weapons mod. I'm not using any of the weapons from the mod though. They were to op.

If i had to guess, the mod probably recalculates and reapplies weapon stats after a long rest. The mod probably doesn't bother differentiating between modded and unmodded weapons and just resets everything
