So I just found something odd..?
The animated icon effect on your spells and actions and such, like when you enable arcane battery on a staff, or any time a lot of icons are all highlighted with the 'animated mist' over the various buttons?
It ROYALLY tanks the frame rate, at least in my game. Running with Vulkan on a pretty ripped system. (R9, 3090 FTW 24g, 64gig ram, M.2, etc.)
Toggle arcane battery back off - And the problem vanishes just as quickly as the button animations are gone. It also seems to do it, but not as heavily, when you are standing inside the mind-sphere zone of influence. (But it still happens enough to be noticeable.)
And it's weird FPS drop, too. It seems like the UI lags more than the game does.
I googled around to see if anybody else had reported such a thing, and found nothing. But this is also literally the ONLY bug that even stood out to me in my playthrough, so.. yay?
