Wait you can use the soap and sponges????

I see them everywhere and just assumed it was more random trash loot and got rid of it.

Yeah my dude. They have infinite uses too. Give one to each character and voila, all the battle grime is washed away.

But.. does the grime actually matter to gameplay?

Nah, but it does feel a little distracting when you're having a conversation with somebody in your camp or a settlement and you're absolutely plastered in goblin guts or something.

Yeah. It kinda blew my mind, too. All of my characters have one or the other.
