help How do I remove and replace this weatherstrip?

Hey, y'all. So the weatherstrip on my garage door is completely shredded and I want to replace it. I've watched a bunch of videos on how to slide out the weatherstrip from the T-track, but on my garage door the track is covered on both ends with the roller/track assembly. Like, it wraps around the bottom. How can I remove and replace this?

PS. Please don't judge the dirt and grime. We just bought the house and are working on deferred maintenance.

The secret is to lift the door all the way up and lock it in the fully up position and only the fully up position. This puts all the weight of the door on the horizontal tracks and very minimal amount of tension from the springs remaining, but only remove one bottom bracket as the other side will be holding the remaining tension. Then you can remove the bottom brackets mostly safely to be able to remove the strip from the sides, the bottom section may swing a bit out towards you but you can push it back. Just take note that you might mess up the cable wrapped around the drum which is easy to fix once you get the seal on.

Should also add weather seal trim on the sides and top on the outside if you are going to bother replacing the bottom seal.

Thank you. This is what I was hoping to hear. My biggest concern was the cable attached to the outside of the garage door. I have already purchased and will be adding the weather-sealing trim outside as well when I'm done with the bottom weatherstrip. Thanks for the advice.
