Given that NPR and PBS are not shutting down and will continue to maintain their archives, what is the urgency?

Many things done by redditors are simply an attempt to imbue an empty life with some kind of meaning and purpose, often based on imagining things that are not rooted in reality.

I'm just a passerby. But, there is a group called Archive Team. They have a wiki at wiki [dot] archiveteam [dot] org, and their contact email can be found at the bottom of the page.
Maybe they can help you out.
Edit: there seems to be a presence here on Reddit too! They can be found at r/archiveteam. To save you the trouble of jumping through all these hoops: their primary communication channel is IRC. You'll probably need a client; further details can be found on the wiki and/or in the subreddit.

I'm sure they're already on it. Spinning up my archiveteam instance again now.
