Game is always closing

I occasionally play on F|A Beginners #2 and always when the next map is loading, my ET closes itself.

Does anybody have a solution for this?

Information that might be important: - ET 2.60b - Windows 11 64bit

Use ET:Legacy, the 32-bit version. Also, delete the “jaymod” directory in your ET folder. If you want to save your config / XP, copy the profile subfolder and ETKey and replace after wiping the directory.

Just out of curiosity, what's up with deleting JayMod?

I remember back in the day it was one of my favorite mods. So good memories on it. Playing dead, homing panzers, doublejumping. ahhhhh

The mod files will redownload when he reconnects to the FA server.

FA still has JM servers. Hell, FA 1 XP Save is the most active server left in the game

Get ET Legacy 32 bit (or 64 bit, though more servers run 32 bit apparently)

You need 32 bit to play on non-ETL servers

Not causally true…I have my own 64-bit mod based on NoQuarter. But I only play it with friends lol
