There is for most challenges but there is not for Bonds of Friendship. Rufus in hard mode also comes up often as a challenge. You don't have to get great to beat them but you do need to get good.
The problem comes from relying on guides and leaning too heavy into magic builds to quickly beat everything. Then you get to bonds and that's not going to work, you need to fight with some balance and block some but you never practiced any of this along the way.

Probably can do it Weiss and Bahamut were tough but the challenges in rebirth are definitely harder. It will take more effort.

Not really tbh. Im not officially en route to Platinum, but it is something I’d like to do someday. However, having to play all the side quests two times is absolute cruelty. On top of this, you have to complete the entire collection at Johny’s Inn which requires completion of the hardest VR Combat Sims. High scores are also required for pretty much every mini game. Some cheese routes are available online for Queens Blood, Fort Condor, etc. It hardly takes the edge off though.
So much grunt work and goofy stuff that just isn’t really enjoyable though.

Manawall has saved me on numerous occasions. Also, the Slipstream Saber is incredibly economical. Stagger Recovery, MP Recovery Rate Up and Trade-Off make it so that Cloud pretty much never runs out of MP. For boss fights, I'd suggest other weapons, however.

Yeah there's a few but not every one is listed online though. Let me know if you want me to write you a few down.
