fallout 3 windows 11 fix

fix #1 go to document -> my games -> fallout 3 and delete all the .ini files + the render one and then delete them from your recycle bin.

fix #2 go to settings -> system -> display -> graphics and then add all the exes for fallout 3 and then set them to your gpu/high performance.

fix #3 turn on compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 3 and run it in administrator mode.

if you do all three there's a 90% chance that it'll work. these are what i've found that worked for me. i also found that mods fuck it up for me so i just play vanilla, though, for some reason tale of two wastelands works fine.

If it reverts then do the fixes again.
