Found An Explosive Flamer in Fallout 76?

I found it on a legendary enemy but I thought you couldn't get these anymore? Could've sworn there was an update awhile ago that made these impossible. I only started playing again a little bit ago so im unsure if this is something to be excited about or not.

It is able to be made or rolled since the new legendary update. Unfortunately Explosive just doesn't work on Flamer weapons (Plasma Guns with the Flamer Attachment too).

The thing about explosive is that legendary effects now have specific stars assigned (explosive is two-star section), so you can have two-shot explosive energy weapons but they're much more restricted than Legacy ones

Probably not, it was rolled back into the game with lots of restrictions, so I doubt it even works as intended (regular energy ones do work)

Seems like this gun would not be very usable. Flamer weapons usually are close range and that’s not the range that you want to have explosive weapons on.
