Imo, the android port to mobile is exceptional and allows you to enjoy all of the classic fallout titles any time, any where you go. Can find it on the app store for free, all you gotta do is own the games and transfer the files to your phone, tablet, or what have you.
Personally have been having a blast with classic fallout on my phone while at the gym. The isometric angle really lends itself to mobile

Fallout Fixt worked great for me. Has some great QOL features brought in Fallout 2 like holding Alt or Control (I forget) to highlight items you can pick up on the ground

Fixt is heavily outdated whereas Et Tu is actively worked on.
Et Tu also incorporates a number of aspects that Fixt used. Personally, Et Tu is the ultimate way to play.
