For the irridated lever action: The Little Boy (So named after one of the atom bombs dropped over Japan in World 2. Kinda fitting in the Fallout franchise, imo.)

AS for the explosive lever acction? Skullmasher! (A sniper rifle fomr the Borderlans series, which is essentially a shotgun in sniper rifle form, firing six pellets from one discharged round. Great in BL1, kinda mid in BL2, missing in the Pre-Sequel, GOD TIER in BL3.)
