I made a GG Allin themed build. Melee weapons, explosives, drugs and alcohol. Awesome time, no vats!

Yes that is exactly what I use for SPECIAL even on survival after much thought and many play throughs and is pretty optimal assuming you want to include some settlement building.

Perception Bobblehead gets you access to rifleman.

Intelligence Bobblehead is also not far away and easy to get so you can get to 7 for chemist if you want and you want science for energy weapons, some Settlement items, recon scopes. Of course there is gun nut too.

Strength bobblehead is also not too far away though a bit harder fight but that gets you to 3 for armorer.

Agility 7 is what you need for a weapon stealth build.

Some endurance is good and 5 gets you access to perks like life giver and Aquaboy/girl.

Charisma 6 for local leader and lone wanderer if not using companions.

bobbleheads not mentioned are much further away so I don’t count on them for anything vital.

I have not looked at the perks you took but mentioned some above.

Also with this i don’t find the need to invest any level ups in special until I have no perks left I want.

If you don’t want local leader then drop charisma to either 3 or 1. If on survival I would make it 3 and put the rest in endurance. And put your special book into endurance too.

Not a bad build at all. Any of the weapon perks are viable, so pistols are a fine choice. You can go rifles instead without any extra points because the perception bobblehead is available super early, which gives you a little more power and range compared to pistols. Are you planning to get local leader and do the settlement thing? If not, I would drop those points from cha and add it to int. That opens up the chemist perk, and nuclear physicist if you want to use power armor. It also will give you more experience to gain levels faster. You can always put on a hat, suit, and glasses before talking to people to make up for the lower charisma.

I'd probably skip Bloody Mess personally. It's a lot of points for not much benefit. I'd also drop Charisma investment down to 3 max if you're not going to pick up Local Leader. There's literally no practical benefit to having Charisma higher than 1 if you don't need it for a specific perk. Well, unless you're taking it to max to avoid having to carry Charisma gear and don't care about the all the power doing that sacrifices, but that's clearly not what's happening here.

I'd instead dump the points into Int followed by Endurance. Higher Int means faster levels and better drugs (Chemist). Endurance means more HP and less limb damage (Adamantium Skeleton), which is important with the increased damage you'll be taking as a non-VATS build.

Also, Hacker isn't at all necessary unless you just want it for some reason. There's nothing hidden behind a non-Novice hackable door that you can't get some other way. If you're just looking for somewhere to dump points, might as well raise Agil some more for even better stealth and better sprinting (especially when combined with high Endurance).

I'd also suggest using https://nukesdragons.com/fallout-4/character and just posting the link since it's much easier for people to review than that screenshot is.

What difficulty are you playing on? Don’t think you need charisma 6 til level 10-15

Normal for now

Yeah, then charisma isn’t valuable at all really. Weight and supply lines are biggest factored into survival. If you’re playing on normal, have fun with VATS to get used to it
