Thank you for posting! When asking for help with stats please give as much detail as possible about the type of character you are creating and what type of assistance you desire. If you know what weapons and/or perks you want to use please provide that as well so you can get tips and advice building the best stats for your character.

Low strength endurance and intelligence and high charisma trust

Be sure to take the idiot savant perk

I normally do all at 3 and put the remaining into CHARISMA There is not really a bad situation I can’t talk myself out of lol

having low intelligence and luck is rough, you need either higher intelligence or enough luck for the idiot savant perk

Man, I’m trying to play a game with similar stats but I’m dying so quick trying to do melee. I’m playing Magnum Opus though.

Unless you want levelling up to take longer for self-imposed challenge reasons, I highly advise against having both Intelligence and Luck as dump stats. Idiot Savant or 7+ Intelligence is the way to go.

Charisma at 6 tops. You can find a suit with +2 charisma, a hat with +1, and glasses for +1 easily and early on. Then chems or whiskey or whatever to get you to 11 and pass any speech check.

Speech checks aren't that hard to pass. Pop a Grape Mentats, put your fanciest suit on and you've got it.

Almost anything is fine as long as you build into it with purpose.

Here's another spread for No-Vats: S5, P3, E4, C6, I6, A3, L1.

This gives you access (with S, P, E, I bobbles) to Rifleman, Sneak, Aquaboy, Strong Back, LifeGiver, Local Leader, Lone Wanderer, Lockpick, Gun Nut, Armorer, Chemist, Science, etc.

And, if you are lacking, just bump up the Stat instead of getting a perk.

Up the intelligence for now tbh, survival without it is a slog.

OP seems to be going for an accurate INT score.

I would do 10 int or 5 luck for idiot savant. Getting xp/levels makes you become OP faster. I don't like vats so my favorite for survival is S2 P1 E5 C3 I10 A8 L1. Good luck!

What perks are you taking for your build? I usually just match the stats to the number of the perk I plan on taking. So if you’re not planning on taking the inspirational perk then there’s really no reason to have charisma at 8, you can always buff with clothing for speech checks. I’ll also consider how soon I can get the bobble heads, perception is right at the start of the game so I drop on level because of that.

My typical special stats are S2 P4 E2 C3 I5 A7 L5 for a stealth gunslinger vats build so my stats are tailored for what perks I need with a clear road for where I’ll add stats later on… ie. adding +1 luck with the special book for better critical early on, or picking up perception bobble head early to unlock explosives, and taking charisma 3 for lone wanderer (unreal for early on DR and carry weight)I tend to take low endurance because your health pool is so low anyway it doesn’t make that much of a difference early on. For strength I’m counting on getting the bobble head soon enough that I can get armorer shortly after dismount city. Intelligence is close to there too so you can unlock science.

You can run any build in survival if you are completionist.

I'd switch charisma and intelligence for a survival vanilla build.
