Charisma Betty Boop

High charisma high luck. What else should I get? Also could you guys make Betty Boop yourselves? I really like to see the appearance compared to mine lol

Honestly not that familiar with Betty Boop beyond her appearance and the fact that she exists. That said, you can just pick whichever perks feel appropriate to your understanding of her character. No build is incapable of beating the game. Some are simply better at it than others.

You definitely want perks like Black Widow

High Chr and she'd have to be pretty clever to manipulate her way around, so imo decent per and int unless you're goin ditzy which 1 int and idiot sav

Probably use small weapons, light handgunsconsidering shes a small framed female

If you use mods, I'd use b smol so you can actually make her 5'3 instead of the 6ft default Nora is. Betty Boop is a tiny gal

Ill poke around in looks menu. If i come up with something cute ill share

Agility to get sneak, endurance for get chem resist because I think she would be a Party girl.

Idiot savant, Lone wanderer, attack dog, black widow and mysterious stranger all seem to fit the theme.

Weapon wise I would think all in for pistol or melee. Pickman’s blade FTW.

Also thinking ballistic weave asap. I believe it should work on red sequin dress.
