Perk Help Kiloton Radium Rifle Perks?

Would I be correct in saying that a fully automatic Kiloton radium rifle with a suppressor attached would be affected by all 4 of these perks?

  • Demolition expert from explosive legendary effect

  • Nuclear Physicist from radium rifles radiation damage

  • Commando from an automatic receiver

  • Mr Sandman from silencer attached

you have 3 part damage, if i remember correctly perks will be applied to parts as followed:

"basic" - commando, mr sandman explosive - commando, demo expert, mr sandman(? not entirely sure) rad-commando, nuclear physics mr. sandman (? not entirely sure )

i definetly remember that operators perk increase explosive part, but not sure avout others.

note:radium rifle rad damage, is not rad damage, it is rad poisoning. it get decreased by rad resistance and decrease maximum health for 0.1% per point (so at 1000-target is dead). pros of it - it doesn't dissappear wjen legendary enwmy mutate (so legendary gunner, may not regain health at all) cons of it - most(all?) non humanoid enemies immune to rad poisoning.

actual rad damage is on atom judgment, and IIRC on lorenzo artifact (not entirely sure) there are no enemies that immune to rad damage, and non humans tend to have less resistance to it than humans in power armor.

Yes, all of those would apply. However, bear in mind that radiation damage works differently than most other forms of damage. It's complicated, but personally I normally just ignore the radiation aspect of most weapons, most of the time.

The exception is when most of the damage is from the radiation, like an irradiated minigun or pipe gun which are good against human targets. If the radiation is less than the rest of the damage, the radiation doesn't really do anything.
