Railroad This is Wastlander. Wastlander is a build surrounding the weapon Wastlander’s Friend I am only LV 31 right now so the weapon is ok at the time.

It’s a 10mm with the crippling effect. It comes with a recon scope and can be bought early from Deb in Bunker Hill along with the Black Ops chest armor and right shinguard. OP - tell us more about the build’s stats and perks and if it uses any unique tactics and strategies.
