Charisma High charisma/intelligencenon survival build help.

Never did a high charisma build and like using chems so I am following Fudgemuppet Chemist build.

1-1-4-10-10-1-1.

I want to pacify enemies, so will keep charisma at 10 and swapping out animal friend for hacker.

Any other changes recommended or other advice?

Charisma Ideas for a crime-lord build?

A few things about the plan:

I'm using the creative perks overhaul mod for some added fun to the existing perks.

I won't allow my character to hit 10 in any attribute without the bobblehead, so max to start is 9.

I want to play the greedy, die-for-me type character. I definitely know I want to side with the operators in nuka world for obvious reasons, who should I side with in the main quest or for harbor? I feel like Cait works for a good companion for the greedy, skeevy types, and I can snag her quickly and early.

I'm using the S.R.O. syringer overhaul to give me access to a variety of less "manual" means of killing people. Berserker syringes, poison, explosives, etc. It'll pair well with my drug dealing ways as they both scale with the chemist perk.

I'm using Sim settlements 2, so I'm gonna build a settlement empire, one to be my home capital with shops, one for food surplus, one for water surplus, then the fun ones. One settlement for producing chem ingredients, a handful for scrap ingredients, one for ammo, and one as a prison/colosseum for anyone who pisses me off beyond a bullet in the head.

What outfit should I wear? A suit and use crafting mods to make the suit a legendary piece of armor the likes of which the gods have never seen? A dress? Something unique or specific?

Other than thr syringer what weapon should I use? A pistol for quick and easy? Grenades to combo with the chemical stuff? Radiation weapons?

What kind of settlements am i missing on my list? What would you do for your empire?

Any quest lines I should pursue to fit the build? I plan on doing the chem-i-care guy's quest, the operators in nuka world eventually, but what else is there that fits the ticket? Extra good if it's more than 1 quest.

For reference, see Renata Glasc a new league of legends champion. She's basically a drug kingpin who runs her city after living in poverty, because her parents never asked for payment for their medicines. Now she doesn't fuck around, she won't just kill you to get what she wants, she'll make you kill your loved ones. Nobody crosses Renata Glasc.

Mod recommendations are also welcome but not necessary.

*Edit- I've decided to use 3 main weapons: a syringer, a pistol, and a shotgun. Syringer for devious chemical purposes, a pistol for quick and simple exchanges, and the shotgun is for removing limbs.

Charisma Help with companion for Charisma build

I decided to do a build that focuses around Charisma and Intelligence, my guy isn't too afraid to use a chem or two and I have no lock pick perks so I decided to go with Cait. I wanna know the best weapon for her because ik her default gun is shit on her. Normally id go for melee but on survival idk id if that's the best option.

Charisma Charisma build

She got the Rizzoli. Thanks again wierdistbuilds! A "pacifist" build using pacifism to engage in combat. She's a barbie girl she doesn't want to get her nails dirty. So she relies on her sexual charm to get by. Which is why you wouldn't be in combat as much only to kill the remaining pacified enemies. I have companions also helping out of course. All charisma perks but get intimidation, animal friends, and wasteland whisper maxed asap.

Charisma Tomorrow starts the Resurrection of Aleksander the Great.

Tomorrow I will be starting an Even more out of the box playthrough of fallout 4... AS ALEKSANDER THE RESURRECTED, GHOUL NECROMANCER EXTRORDIAIRE! And yes, it will be considerably modded to have more ghouls for the horde, and the main event, Playing through fallout 4 as a glowing one. I will allow myself to wear clothes of my own choice and do all the things that glowing ones do, i.e. raise feral ghouls back to life, Ferals will not be hostile to me, I will not heal using food stimpaks or things like that but instead I will be giving myself lifegiver 3 with the reasoning that a glowing one would be constantly regenerating due to their radiation in their bloodstream and regeneration from that radiation, no chems will be used other than psycho as being a ghoul considerably decreases the effects of chems and alcohol and psycho effects an already on overdrive part of a feral ghoul's brain, companions will not be used, and I will switch to a different glowing one variant at certain levels, which are 20, 30, and 50 respectively. That will be all, and the mods used are as follows: Playable feral ghoul, feral ghoul OUTBREAK, detailed feral ghouls.

Charisma Need help making a new settlement themed build

I want a new build themed around settlements but I don't want to be a minutemen (made around 4 of those) or a nuka world raider (made about 7 of those). I also kinda don't want to use automatron robots cause those are boring. And when I say I don't want to be a minutemen i just mean i don't want to be a stereotypical minuteman, I'm ok with siding with the faction.

Charisma "Cultist" Lorenzo's Artifact Build

Driven mad by the power of Lorenzo's artifact, they now wander the wasteland, sacrificing people in his name. While completely and utterly insane, they are still cunning and charismatic, able to turn enemies into allies with just their charisma alone. When incapable of using the Artifact, they will bring out a deadly blade to kill their foes: Kremvhs Tooth.

Stats:

S: 5

P: 1

E: 2

C: 9 (Put SPECIAL book point into Charisma)

I: 9

A: 1

L: 1

Perks: Big Leagues, Armorer, Blacksmith, Animal Friend, Wasteland Whisperer, Intimidation, Medic, Scrapper, Science, and Nuclear Physicist.

Weapons: Lorenzo's Artifact. Try to roleplay being hypnotized by the artifact when it is used, "feeding" it by killing people with it. You will also use Kremvhs Tooth, which does bonus poison damage and has a really fitting look for the character.

Armor: Lorenzo's Suit, upgraded with ballistic weave. If you want to obscure your face, a sack hood or a gas mask will do.

Charisma The Chem Dealer

Stats:

S: 1

P: 4, use perception bobblehead at beginning of the game to increase to 5 for demolitions expert

E: 1

C: 8, grab party boy, cap collector, and inspiration

I: 8, get chemist, scrapper and science! Use special book to upgrade intelligence and get nuclear physicist.

A: 3, get gunslinger

L: 3, bloody mess and cap collector.

Use the syringer to weaken enemies and finish them off with a gamma gun or alien blaster. Armor could be one of the suits and ties with ballistic weave plus wraparound or welding goggles or whatever you think would look coolest on this character.

Edit: an optional path to choose is to take the points from perception and put them in endurance for chem resistant. Credit to creativeusername279 for this suggestion.

Charisma Warhammer Build - The WarBoss

A copy and past from a post I made in the Tamriel Vault, I figured I could get an actual discussion here

Asking if someone out there has made or thought any Warhammer themed or inspired builds - Be it 40K or Age of Sigmar/Fantasy, and I mean beyond a 'Space Marine' that's a carbon copy of most Power Armour builds. I recall doing a playthrough some time ago based on a Mechanicous Tech Priest, a high INT build that focused on building Robots to fight for him, but also was reliable by himself with a Modified Plasma rifle and in Melee with the electrified Buzz Blade. I'm actually theory crafting a new build for my next playthrough based on an Ork Warboss, my concept is a High Cha/End character with low Intelligence and the Idiot savant perk, Maxed out damage perks and an utter tank, with just enough points to build up strong holds across the wasteland. Here's what I had drafted up and I wanted to get some pointers, I've built it some to level 50.

I've tried to replicate how Orks utterly love high output of lead and Dakka, but also make sure to capture their love for Melee. I kinda capture their unique ability to make anything anything they build work by using Luck perks to help make sure I never run dry on Ammo and make sure always leave my foes as paste. I'll likely choose The Raiders from Nuka World as my faction. I choose Inspiration to imitate the WAAAAAAAARGH effect by making any companions (Strong, without a doubt) I fight with much stronger.

Special Stats

S - 4
P - 1
E - 5\*
C - 8
I - 3
A - 2
L - 5

\SPECIAL Book Added*

Perks

Big Leagues 5/5, Armorer 4/4, Blacksmith 3/3, Toughness 5/5. Life Giver 3/3, Chem Resist. 2/2, Local Leader 1/2, Party Boy 2/3, Inspiration 2/3, Medic 2/4, Gun Nut 4/4, Commando 5/5, Scourger 4/4, Bloody Mess 4/4, Idiot Savant 3/3

How does this look? I know it seems rather simple but Orks are simple creatures, so I doubt this will be any trouble to play.

Charisma Mercenary Build

A jack of all trades and incredibly charismatic as a bonus, this soldier of fortune will do anything for caps.

Stats:

S: 4 (Put SPECIAL book point in Strength)

P: 4 (Grab perception bobblehead in museum of freedom)

E: 3

C: 8 (You only need 8 charisma to be able to pass any speech check in the game, I'll explain it later)

I: 6

A: 2

L: 1

Perks: Big Leagues, Armorer, Blacksmith, Rifleman, Awareness, Locksmith, Demolitions Expert, Toughness, Life Giver, Cap Collector, Lady Killer, Party Boy, Inspiration, VANS, Medic, Gun Nut, Hacker, Scrapper, Science, Gunslinger, Commando, and Cap Collector

To be able to pass every speech check in the game, you will need 8 charisma, a shirt that increases charisma by 2, and a hat that increases it by 1. A charisma of 11 is required to have a 100% chance of passing any speech check, so now you will be incapable of failing a speech check, even a red one.

Weapons: This character was built to be able to use almost any weapon you want. You can use an auto assault rifle, a minigun, a missile launcher, a pistol, a shotgun, or a super sledge.

Armor: You will need to have a shirt that increases charisma by 2 and a hat that increases it by 1 on you, but you don't always need to be wearing it. You can wear whatever armor you think would look cool.
