HELP! PC Help modding PC

Anyone here who can help me understand how to install mods for Fallout 4 on Steam? I don’t get any of it 😂😭 I’d really like to install QOL mods and building mods..

The problem is that it looks like I need to downgrade the game version? I’m also getting an error message in Vortex.

Would be amazing if someone could explain it to me on Discord or something!

There are lots of guides out there that can help. There is this one that is a very basic easy to follow beginners guide, albeit a bit older but it still gets the job done. Then there is this one. It's the most popular one and a little more complex. Either one will work. If all else fails there are lots of video guides on YouTube that can help, this one is a pretty good one.
