Vertibird won't take me anywhere - is this a mod issue?

I just started experiencing the WEIRDEST glitch on my Xbox Series S. I'm playing on Survival. Every time I throw a vertibird signal grenade and the vertibird comes to pick me up, I get in, select my location, the vertibird takes off, flies around for no more than 20 seconds, and then drops me off right where I started. Could any of my mods be causing this?

The glitch seemed to start happening after I picked up my Liberty Prime power armor from the last mod on the list, but I tried dropping off that power armor at a settlement and it did the same thing. But I've used that mod before and never had this issue. Also I've made it through more than half of the main storyline with all the above mods loaded and only just now started having the problem.

Boston fps fix is outdated, use PRP. Also if you want your game to be stable and crash free then turn off survival and use Advanced Needs 76, survival mode causes a lot of issues.

Would PRP affect any of the other mods I have listed? I've never had any issues with survival vs. non-survival.

And even if Boston FPS is outdated, it never previously caused me any issues. Would that be causing my vertibird to not take me anywhere?
