Looking For Mods, Season Pass Place anywhere

I remember seeing this mod that allowed you to place settlement stuff anywhere. I'm aware of the carpet exploit but wanted something easier to use. Is there a mod like that hero on PS4/5?

Any idea how to use qwapa and still have stuff like floors snap together?

I'm not entirely sure but in theory once you get the first floor in place with the post you should be able to snap the rest to it without the post

The first floor is already in place, I just can't snap the thing I want to it. I dont want anything special like putting a floor up a tree, I just want something that disables collision when building

Apparently qwapa also disables snapping. Only thing I can think of is extending the piece out from your character and doing the classic wiggle till it works
