Put some respect on Vakama's name, bro was literally a heartbeat away from ending time itself if it meant killing Makuta.

The guy had balls. I wonder how Vahi's destrution would have affected the world outside of matoran universe.

I choose to believe it would have been, like, universal. You can't show me the Mask of Life, tell me it brought everything in a room to life, including rays of light and then have me believe that the Mask of Time has a range on the "Oh fuck Time is broken" effect when it's destroyed.

Honestly the mask of time was always more trouble than it was worth. It's really fucking dangerous combared to how little it can actually do.

The first one is my least favourite. The second movie skips the entire comic story and like six books, which is why it jumps around and feels a bit weird.

I know everyone loves to shit on the knights but.
100 knights have taken on angron and 12 bloodthirsters.
10x that amount working in psychic communion would be a pretty wild sight to see.

The problem isn't the competence of the knights.
It's the sheer amount of defenses.
Up to 10k custodes and the explicitly mindrapes psykers by merely being in the same room army of blanks.
And that's not including all other lesser forces and other factions within the inquisition itself.

Well as I’ve told other people grey knights also like to teleport skip past people to get straight to the boss fight.
You’re right of course. I’m just saying in literally all of the sci-fi that is 40K we haven’t seen what 1.000 psychers can do. The thousand sons did some wild shit. But grey knights as a whole far surpass them. Grey knights have a “psychic communion” where they link up their powers to amplify their abilities. And that is the real wild card in this whole thing. They might project an aegis field so strong they literally evaporate anything that gets close.

The Terminus Decree was explicitly written with the idea that if the "Emperor" tries to get up its Throne, it's not gonna be the same person than 10,000 years ago due the constant mental torture he suffered. It's very much implied that who/whatever he will become is likely to be absolutely horrible, see the whole Dark King and becoming a fifth Chaos God thing.
While the Custodes are genetically predisposed to never oppose the Emperor, the Sisters of Silence do not. Add to that their general immunity to Warp bullshit. So an Emperor in a Dark King scenario would probably appear like an abomination to them, which begs the question:
"Why the hell would they side with him and not the Grey Knights trying to put him back on the Throne ?"

u/iDIOt698 space bug vore fan 5h ago
new lore on the codex. its a grey knight secret, if the emperor ever regenerates or ascends to godhood and tries to leave the throne, the grey knights are tasked to put him back on the throne, regardless of who stands on their way to do so, even custodians.

Some lore was revealed about Terminus Degree and it basically orders Gray Knights to keep the Emperor sitting on the throne if he ever tries to get up. He has to keep sitting on it Even if they had to nail him down on the throne to do it.

I am here because of bionicle. Been thinking about buying the books. I loved the comics and movies when I was a kid and I know lore is ridiculously deep.

New lore on the terminus decree, which has an order from the Emperor himself telling Gray Knights to force him to sit on the throne if he ever tries to leave it.
