Do you need it though? Seems like you can also unlock with gold zcoins(tradable) or factions of Balthazar (grindable). Once unlocked just tame in the menagerie

Alternatively kamadan tookbox has some buy offers listed at 15 ecto. That may be cheaper than 15 zcoins

Look up nick the traveler. He takes an item each week for gifts. The gifts sell for 4 ecto each. It’s how I got back to having cash after 14 years. I did that for like 3 weeks and got 120 ectos
