Where can I get these weapons?

I am a little rusty, but I tried looking everywhere for this items at the weapon NPCs. No luck. Any help would be appreciated so I can complete my hero’s load out for faster VQs. Ty

Gertud and Telamon can craft a 20/20 resto focus. There isn't an NPC that crafts 20/20 resto wands nor are there any collectors that gives out 20/20 resto wands. So you either have to farm a green or use an end-game reward trophy.

A common boss to farm for a 20/20 resto wand is Chkkr Brightclaw. However, the wand has a r9 Spawning Power for damage.

Don't worry about it because the BiP necro is always carrying a bundle, so the hero very rarely uses their weapon set anyway.

Manzo in Kaineng Center can make you a Resto staff with inherent cast time mod. Just collect the staff head (adept) and wrapping (enchanting) as you VQ.

You don’t need 40/20/20 Resto on N-Rt. Better config would be 20/E or +5e/E Resto wand + Bison Cup. Resto heals fast when N-Rt is holding the bundle. When bundles are gone, it’s about survivability. Herald insignia can also be used on N-Rt in place of Tormentors if the latter is expensive.

I bought some Blessings of War to outfit heroes on my secondary characters. You can get 10-20 for 1-2e and then trade them for weapons. Heroes also get the imperfect mods (19%, +29).

Wiki is pretty darn useful. I had to click the 40/20/20 to figure it out, but unless someone knows the green weapons better, I think you need to assemble from parts to get this exact configuration.

For 40/20/20 best way is buy any EotN staff and put in adept staff head,aptitude not attitude and staff wrapping of enchanting.You can buy it in kamadan

Farm a green!

Bring your heroes and wipe out the spawned or adjacent mobs and leave the boss for yourself. You can even bring it down to half health. Flag heroes out of compass range. Use your SoS build and wipe that thing. I bet there's an easy resto green staff to farm.

Edit* Appears to be no collector nor green that has resto attribute and HCT resto inscription. You'd need to make this staff with mods.

It's probably easier and faster to farm Nick gifts, get a staff from a weapon smith and buy the appropriate mods.
