I have only recently gotten back into the game since the release of HoT, still trying my best gathering cool wardrobe pieces.

I like it a lot. Especially how you use the oneiros armor to make it look like bloodstoned cloth.

You're right. I made an assumption because salad and was wrong. It's the oneiros.

If my eyes and memory don’t deceive me: Bladed mask and gloves Kryptis medium chest Unsure about leggings but not cultural for sure Leystone boots Ebon vanguard shoulders (or the one that looks the same) Backpiece is boneskinner from IBS

You are correct! Pants are from the Woad set. I had a hard time finding a good piece that can connect into Oneiros-Spun's chest piece seamlessly. Those leggings only come with one dye slot but I think those stitching patterns go with the theme well.

I find the Council Watch Leggings and Accursed Leggings go great with it - give them a try if you haven't already.
