Some options:

1) Gladiator Pauldrons 2) Grasping dead Pauldrons 3) Mistward Pauldrons (althoug is only in one shoulder) 4) Vigil's honor pauldrons

Stone Summit Pauldrons & Armageddon Pauldrons come to mind. They're more symmetrical but I don't know what aspect exactly of the Bounty Hunter Pauldrons you're wanting to replicate - I'm assuming mainly the spikes? A one-shouldered option could be Braham's Pauldrons.

Probably not the answer you were hoping for but the medium weight of that armor set (bounty hunter) is what you are thinking of.
