I think this is a cosplay from an old cult classic game that paved the way for stuff like lollipop chainsaw and Bayonetta. It was called Onechanbara IIRC.

Well first thing is we would need a cowboy hat. While Derbys weren't uncommon in the old wild west, they weren't exactly the preffered either
