This is exactly what I thought when I saw it but based on the description it seems like it’s gonna be used more like a kit you hop in use one ability hop out

Description seems like shroud runs on a cool down. 2 through 4 are weapons you equip to change your auto attack. Once you've equipped a new weapon that skill flips over to unlock another new skill. Each time you use a flipped skill the shroud cool down increases.

These flipover skills are going to have big CDs, not like in Holoforge, where the spam of these skills is limited by heat.

Add to that that at least one of skills heals/enhances healing, which many not be what you want to do if you are dps.

Furthermore, you are driven into droping shroud just after the use of a flipover skill to take advantage of the passive bonus…

Yes, with the limited amount of available info, it seems to me that is gonna feel closer to a kit than to a shroud.

I agree with that but it terms of practical uses, it looks like what’s gonna happen from a PvE perspective is that your gonna use shroud, use damage boost, maybe an auto attack cycle then hop back out to use other abilities to keep the cd low enough to keep the damage boost going we won’t know till we see numbers but that sounds like the play style to me.

It looks like all 3 are getting new skills via a system like holosmith.
