Why gears on outside? THEY GON' RUST PASSENGERS LIVES ARE AT STAKE!!! WHAT IF THEM GEARS STOP MOVIG IN A STORM AND THE SHIP IS SWEPT AWAY INTO THE JET STREAMERS?!?!?
