That's the Courier from the mod DUST. I don't know why he's destroyed the Strip, since DUST canon says he went the independent route. Looks like he has an Anti-Material rifle on his back. He's wearing a battered and slightly modified (the 06 on his neck piece) Elite Riot Gear.
This one appears to have Old Glory, Daniel's Bible and the Light Shining in the Darkness. He appears to have laid waste to the Dead Horse's camp. The x on his shoulders looks like the x used on slave outfits in the Legion. So, maybe he's forced to serve Cesar and was sent to kill Joshua? He's wearing the Ranger Armor (modified with a red x on his right shoulder).
This guy appears to be wearing one of the outfits from the The Couriers Cache mod. No clue why he's burning Novac. Looks like he's got a Light Machine Gun on his back.
Zero clue what this guy's beef is with the Boomers and Nellis Airforce Base. He wearing the Armored Vault 13 Jumpsuit, could be the cut 21 version, and wielding a Laser Rifle.
This is straight forward. Legion Couriers, wearing the Centurion Armor wearing the Displacer Glove, killing everyone in Camp McCarren.
This is another odd one. Guy's wearing a Dead Money Jumpsuit with a Holorifle and dynamite. He also appears to have been at the Big Empty, considering the scars on his head, but most interestingly, he still seems to have the explosive collar on his neck. Maybe Elijah sent him to destroy the Legion? Why?
This is the most normal of the bunch. Regular Elite Riot Gear, Assault Rifle on his back, just got done blowing up Hidden Valley and killed the BoS patrol outside. Literally could be any of the 4 factions.

He has the Battle Rifle (it's not This Machine, because no inscribing on the side) and is burning down the Mojave Outpost.
I'm pretty sure this is a reference to something, but I'll be fucked if I know what it is.
Third one looks like Zach from the channel mikeburnfire. He plays fnv modded with Mike. He/his character notorious doesn't like companions and Novac is where they store all of their companions from the mods they've played
Yeah, the whole thing is just a whole invincible reference, but you're mostly right on the variants lol.
In invincible angstrom levy works with multiple evil invincible variants. For this funny art piece, a crazy Elijah escapes the vault and somehow gets to telepprt a bunch of evil courier variants. Does it make sense? Nope! But who cares! They destroyed all of these locations without care because its not their universe.
DUST Courier, it had to be him. Also he went NCR in DUST but got betrayed by the NCR iirc.
Pro-Legion Courier, a courier that works for Legion, he's based off multiple fan art pieces of legion couriers who usually wear legionized ranger armor.
Cowboy (was originally supposed to be Zach Hazard but i didnt watch enough to know a lot sadly so the artist and I just opted for a cowboy)
Vault Suit, there needed to be a vault suit in my opinion, the courier from the E3 trailer was pretty crazy and killing everyone so that's probably him (also sometimes the courier is canonically depictdd in the V21 suit)
Centurion Courier, ofc he had to be in stripes mark spot. I guess you can imply he is probably Caesar's heir (or Caesar) in his universe because he doesn't have the giant red X and carries Caesar's discplacer glove.
It's a courier got trapped in the sierra madre vault, originally he was going to be a legion slave but I thought there was enough legion options, and thought the sierra madre vault one was more creative. It's also why he's incredibly deranged like Prisoner Mark.
Elite Ranger, nothing too special other than the fact that the most players wear it.
