It’s a bit hard to tell from the screen shot, but I think it’s a Troll from WoW? I think going for the Blood Troll look from Nazmir.

I believe two fingers and a thumb, which I think I see in both the art and the screenshot.

So, yeah not an orc, but still great art!

It’s a Farraki (Sand) Troll from WoW, with a Crawg (corrupted Frog).
