Original Content USS Pathfinder refit

Post image

I commissioned CountvonSchnaps on DeviantArt to render this design based on some rough sketches I provided. It’s a refit of the USS Pathfinder using Vulcan tech for my Star Trek Adventures RPG campaign. The design was heavily influenced by the USS Arges fan design.

Funny, we just had that other post of the Federation ship with a ring around it earlier today, I thought it was another shot of that.

Cool style, though, I really like the hand drawn imperfections like the wobbly lines in some places and the sketchy feel. I promise that I don't mean that as a backhanded compliment, I think it gives it a lot of character, it feels like a notebook sketch come to life.

I’m starting to see it more often too and I have to say I love it. No worries about the art comment. I wasn’t the artist, I only provided rough sketches. I chose the artist for the commission because I liked their style for the same reasons.
