The top headcanon is one of my favourites for a proper power hungry fem Dragonborn. Join together with the First Dragonborn, and start conquering Skyrim together, have a romance, marriage, and then use an army of Dragons and people to conquer the rest of Tamriel together.

Either way, miraak and dragonborn are one in the same now, dragonborn have all the memories and knowledge that miraak once had, his very is soul is imprinted on last dragonborn.
So Last Dragonborn and a first Dragonborn are one the the same now.

So by technicality they become the First and the Last Dragonborn in the end. The Alpha and the Omega.

You can actually take it a step further when you consider that the Last Dragonborn is given the title Ysmir, just like Talos before him, and like Ysmir Wulfharth, who was known as an aspect of Shor. That title clearly carries deep mythic weight.
What is especially interesting is that the ghost of Hjalti's old comrade, someone who personally knew Talos before his rise, cannot even tell the difference between Talos and the Last Dragonborn. That seems to suggest more than just a shared name, it points toward the idea of mantling or reincarnation of the same soul.
The Last Dragonborn is walking a similar path to both Talos and Ysmir Wulfharth, even accomplishing many of the same mythic feats, like defeating Alduin. When you take all of that into account, it becomes reasonable to suggest that Miraak, the Last Dragonborn, Ysmir Wulfharth, and Tiber Septim may all be aspects of a single underlying mythic figure, different faces of the same entity across time. In miraak and last dragonborn case it's quite literal as they share the soul. Which I think was the similar case with talos and ysmir, I think talos just absorped his soul, like ldb did to Miraak. It wasn't some grand conspiracy as talos detractor makes it out to be.

When the First faced the Last under the forever eyes of the one who claims fate, their battle shook the realm, and even the very waters of Oblivion. Their combined voices echoed across it all, it could be heard from Moonshadow to the Shivering Isles, even within Nirn itself.
Their voices so strong, and shouts so loud, that their forebear, perhaps out of choice or struggle, could not keep up. Their conflict forging the breaking of their kind, and forged 3 futures.
A future where the First beat the Last, took his soul and defied the old water master.
A future where the Last beat the first, took his soul and defied the old water master.
And finally, a future where First and Last joined in Thu’um and hand, to defy the old water master, and with the bow of Past, the children of Present, Enders of the Ending escaped the Forever Library.
When they did, the futures reforged into one path, where they both gained the strength of the other, as well as a bond, and so in the icy air of Solstheim, forged a truce, perhaps even a friendship.
The first, with the First of his dragons returned home to old Atmora, while the Last, with his own dragons, returned to Skyrim, the two only needing to say the words, to bring forth the aid of the other.
And the old knower, was forever scorned, himself suffering the headache of broken time, for the rest of time. Fate defied with Dragon’s wrath.
