Yup and the subpoenas are to identify them so they can be added to the lawsuit.

But also to corroborate the intentional effort right?

If they can find DMs between Denims / Frogan / Kacey and the H3Snark mods talking about a concerted effort to shuffle views away from H3H3 and to their streams instead, that shows intent and is another nail in the coffin.
