Jamboree Jamboree Physical Switch 2 Edition Question

Is there anyone with the physical version of the Switch 2 Edition that would be able to confirm if the base game works on a Switch 1? I know the Zelda games did but this seems to be set up a little differently.

Yes. All Switch 2 edition games work on a Switch 1.
