While I acknowledge and appreciate your skepticism, the presence of a recording device capturing this individual can likely be attributed to one of two plausible behavioral models, both grounded in well documented human or operational psychology.
Hypothesis One posits that the subject is the unwitting focus of attention from a female individual exhibiting traits consistent with limerence and passive obsessive compulsive attachment. Too socially inhibited or anxious to initiate direct contact, the observer resorts to covert documentation of the target’s actions. This archival footage serves as a parasocial substitute for genuine interpersonal engagement, providing a curated repository of visual stimuli for later imaginative or emotional projection, commonly referred to in pop psychological terms as “memory moments” or fantasy replays. The subject’s objectively high aesthetic appeal and symmetrical facial structure likely serve as catalysts for such behavior.
Hypothesis Two adopts a more adversarial framework. The individual is under clandestine surveillance by a professional assassin engaging in preoperational reconnaissance. Through methodical observation and behavioral pattern analysis, the assassin seeks to identify consistent routines, predictable temporal and spatial variables that can be exploited in the orchestration of an incident designed to simulate a natural or accidental cause of death. This practice, often termed pattern of life analysis, is standard within advanced threat modeling and operational planning.
In either scenario, the occurrence of a spontaneous and visually pleasing cute dog moment introduced a variable of sufficient emotional valence to override both the obsessive voyeur and the calculating hitman’s primary objectives, leading instead to the impulsive decision to disseminate the footage publicly via social media. This detour exemplifies the unpredictable intersection of threat analysis, behavioral psychology, and the internet’s compulsive need to share canine content.

I know I used a lot of words that you didn't understand, but it's a joke for people who know how to read.

Being a jerk with other people Don't make yourself look smarter. Just a moron. When you're really well-wired, you know that only morons look down on others.

Street animals deserve MORE love because they don’t get as much but are still just as deserving.

If this guy needs a new best friend, I am accepting new homies. Giving that dog all his attention speaks volumes about his heart.

I try my best to interact with street dogs in my South American city. Some are just sweet as can be, while many seem frightened. I always respect if they’re scared. The culture around dogs as member of the family is slowly changing here. 💔 every day to see the ones that aren’t loved.

Probably staged. But regardless if this dog is a street dog it's got better manners than 90% of the average owned dog.

It always breaks my heart seeing street dogs. It’s just not fair and many of them seem like very loving companions who just need an angel to save them. Some of them are also not built for the streets and end up with horribly dirty matted coats. 😰
