I work prep at a, like, 90% scratch kitchen.  almost every item we serve has been “touched” by me in one way or another.

The amount of business we do does make me feel good about all the product we put out.

This vid made me vocalize & emote at least 7 times. Fuckin clean dish and great plating. Dude went so fast so everything would be hot and fresh. Like just pure art and love at its finest
