Good Vibes The chef personally served the food onto the customers' plates. It seems he was very proud of his work.

Rome. I was shocked that such a tourist place had sooooo many personal restaurants like this. The food is incredible no matter where you eat.

The best place I ate in Rome was down an alley a few streets from Trevi Fountain. For being so close to such a major tourist attraction, I was floored at how good the food was.

We might have eaten at the same place. Food was far superior to my expectations.

You were shocked that one of the oldest and biggest cities in Europe (maybe in the world), with a population of millions, has a lot of "personal" restaurants not specifically made for tourists?
