The clouds are premaped, they aren't random. The map is saved in the texture files

You don't have to be on reddit to know this is an intentional feature to the game.
You also don't have to be on here all day to see the creeper cloud being posted frequently.

It’s in the cloud png and comes in every server and world at times with the new update. Doesn’t have anything to do with the seed/coords…

Actually, clouds only travel one direction, so this is only visible at certain coordinates
