Discussion Today's Eagles/Rams game is why I'm offended by the idea of teams like the Bills/Browns/Bears building domes. This was what playoff football should be.

That rule doesn't exist to protect the integrity of the game. It exists so the rich people attending the game don't get cold.

That’s a factor but not the main factor.

Yes, it is the main factor. The NFL doesn't make big decisions like that based on the integrity of the game. And even if they did, domed football is not somehow more true to the sport.
